  • Your Account: we administer your registration as a user. What you give us as Personal Data can unlock the Service functions that registered users get.

  • Managing Your requests: receiving what you send Us and taking care of it.

  • Business transfers: if some or all of Our assets are merged, divested, restructured, reorganized, dissolved, sold or transferred, whether as a going concern or in bankruptcy, liquidation or a similar proceeding, Your information may be used to evaluate or carry out that step. Personal Data We hold on Service users could be among the assets transferred.

  • Anything else: Your information may feed our data analysis, show which way usage is trending, tell Us whether a promo campaign paid off, and help improve the Service, our products, services, marketing and what you experience.

There are a few situations where your personal information gets shared:

  • Service Providers: Your personal information may go to providers who monitor and analyze how our Service is used and who contact You.
  • Business transfers: Your personal information may be shared or transferred in connection with a merger, a sale of Company assets, financing, or the acquisition of all or part of Our business by another company, and also while such a deal is under negotiation.
  • Affiliates: Your information may be shared with Our affiliates, and We will require them to honor this Privacy Policy. Our parent company, other subsidiaries, joint venture partners and any other company that We control, or that is under common control with Us, count as affiliates.
  • Business partners: Your information may reach Our partners in business, who use it to pitch You select products, services or promotions.
  • Other users: personal information that You share, or that comes out when You interact with others in public areas, can be seen by every user and may be distributed publicly outside the Service.
  • Your consent: any other disclosure of Your personal information needs Your say-so first.

Retention of Your Personal Data

Personal Data is kept by the Company for as long as this Privacy Policy’s purposes require. Past that, We hold and use it only as far as needed to meet legal obligations (when a law obliges Us to retain your data, for example), to settle disputes and to enforce Our legal agreements and policies.

Usage Data is also held for internal analysis. Retention is usually short. Exceptions apply when the data is used to make Our Service more secure or work better, or when the law makes Us keep it longer.

Transfer of Your Personal Data

Your information, Personal Data included, gets processed at the Company’s operating offices and wherever else those involved in the processing are located. That can mean it is moved to and kept on computers outside Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction, where data protection laws could differ from the ones You are used to.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

The Company will do everything reasonably necessary to keep Your data secure and treated under this Privacy Policy. Your Personal Data is never transferred to an organization or country without adequate controls, covering security of Your data and other personal information.

Delete Your Personal Data

Deleting the Personal Data We hold on You is Your right. You can do it, or ask Us to help.

In some cases the Service itself gives You a way to delete certain information about You.

If You have an Account, signing in and opening the account settings is the quickest way to update, amend or delete Your personal information, and it works at any time. Or contact Us and ask to access, correct or delete what You have given Us.

One caveat: a legal obligation or lawful basis may mean We must keep certain information anyway.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Business Transactions

Should the Company be part of a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be among what is transferred. You will be told before the transfer, and before the data falls under a different Privacy Policy.

Law enforcement

The Company may have to disclose Your Personal Data in some circumstances: when the law requires it, or when a court, government agency or other public authority makes a valid request.

Other legal requirements

Personal Data may also be disclosed by the Company if it believes in good faith that this is needed to:

  • Comply with a legal obligation
  • Protect and defend the rights or property of the Company
  • Prevent, or look into, possible misconduct tied to the Service
  • Keep Service Users or the public safe from personal harm
  • Protect against legal liability

Security of Your Personal Data

Protecting Your Personal Data matters to Us. Nothing sent over the Internet or kept in electronic storage is 100% secure, though, and while We use commercially acceptable safeguards, We cannot promise complete security.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed to anyone under 13, and We do not collect identifying information from a child that age on purpose. Parents and guardians who know their child has given Us Personal Data should contact Us. Once We find we hold Personal Data from a child under 13 with no verified parental consent, We remove it from Our servers.

Sometimes We rely on consent to process Your information, and Your country requires that a parent give it. In that case We may ask for Your parent’s consent before collecting and using the information.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may include links to websites We do not run. Following a third party link takes You to that party’s own site, so We strongly urge You to read the Privacy Policy of each site You open.

Third party sites and services are outside Our control, and We accept no responsibility for what they publish or for their privacy policies and practices.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be changed by Us from time to time. The changed version will be posted on this page, and that posting is Our notice to You.

Any change will be announced before it takes effect, by email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service. The “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be revised as well.

Please look through this Privacy Policy now and then. Any change is effective as soon as it is posted on this page.
